Valerie
Office Manager
Valerie brings over 15 years of dental experience to our office. Valerie has worked in several positions in dentistry starting her dental career as a dental assistant and has been an insurance coordinator, treatment coordinator and manager. She has a passion for dentistry but most of all a passion for patient care and team leadership. Valerie has training in Excellence in Communication, Ultimate Team Building, Team Leadership, Maximizing Team Performance and has been a member of American Association of Dental Office Managers. She loves organizing, problem solving and working to make our office more efficient as well as providing excellence in customer service .
Jenny
Scheduling Coordinator
Jenny is our patient Scheduling Coordinator. She is usually the first person you meet when you call or walk into our office. She brings over 15 years of dental and excellent customer service experience. She is certified by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners as a Registered Dental Assistant and CPR certified. Her goal is to maintain a timely and consistent level of patient flow throughout the office and she always tries to ensure that each patient is treated like family by our dental team. When not at work Jenny loves watching hockey-“GO STARS!”, Zumba and traveling, but most of all she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Jenny absolutely adores her 3 adult children!
Christelle
Registered Dental Hygienist
Christelle is a born and bred Texan who has been with our team since 2019. She brings energy and passion to her role as a dental hygienist and the relationships she makes with her patients since graduating from Collin College in 2013. She loves that the dental field gives her the unique opportunity to meet people and change lives with a healthy smile leading to whole body health. When she’s not caring for patients you can find her at home playing piano or watching football with her husband Jared and 2 sons Rylan and Weston.
Carolyn
Insurance Coordinator
Carolyn is our sweet and sunny insurance coordinator. Carolyn is passionate about dentistry, hard working and dedicated. Carolyn has 26 years of dental experience. She is a certified dental assistant with experience in general and specialty dentistry. Carolyn is a native of Kansas and honorably served in the US Navy. She and her husband enjoy an active lifestyle with their dog “Chi.”
Deedra
Registered Dental Hygienist
Originally from Illinois, Deedra moved to Texas and joined our office in 2018. She began her dental career in 1991 as a Dental Assistant and later enrolled in the Dental Hygiene program at William Rainey Harper College in Palatine, IL. Deedra graduated from the program in 2003 and her interest moved towards periodontology. She enjoys the daily opportunities of working with patients to encourage their understanding of the vital connection between their oral hygiene and their overall health. On a personal note, Deedra is a life-long Chicago Cubs fan and was recently married to a life-long Texas Rangers fan. They were married at a Rangers-Cubs game in 2019. They recently bought a home in Little Elm which they share with their cats.
Riley
Registered Dental Assistant
Riley has been a dental assistant for several years starting out her career in general dentistry then transitioned to our office as a surgical assistant. Riley loves the challenges and excitement involved in the dental fields, but most of all loves caring for her patient’s needs and making sure they leave with a smile. When not working Riley enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Cinthya
Surgical Assistant RDA
Cinthya has been in dentistry for almost 20 years! She absolutely loves her job, enjoys making patients feels at ease and comfortable. One of her number one priorities is to educate patients, a well informed patient is the key to a successful outcome! Cinthya is bilingual and can help with any of your concerns. She resides in Rowlett, TX. With her two beautiful kids and loving husband.
