Practice Manager | Treatment Coordinator
Valerie joined the practice in January 2020. With over 25 years of experience in dentistry, she has held roles across both clinical and administrative settings, including dental assisting, insurance coordination and treatment coordination. Valerie studied business management at Grayson County College and has completed training with Total Patient Services and The Closing Institute, along with leadership and communication-focused development. She is also a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM). Valerie is known for building a positive, organized environment and helping the office run efficiently while keeping patient care at the center of every decision. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her two sons and three grandchildren, plus working out, hiking, dancing and being outdoors or by the beach.
Carolyn
Insurance Coordinator
Carolyn is our sweet and sunny insurance coordinator. Carolyn is passionate about dentistry, hard working and dedicated. Carolyn has 26 years of dental experience. She is a Registered Dental Assistant with experience in general and specialty dentistry. Carolyn is a native of Kansas and honorably served in the US Navy. She and her husband enjoy an active lifestyle with their dog “Chi.”

Registered Dental Hygienist
Carli joined the practice in 2024 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated with honors from Collin College in 2015 with an associate degree in Dental Hygiene, followed by graduating with honors again in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from Texas Woman's University. Carli loves being part of a collaborative team that works together to provide the best care for patients. She is married to her husband, Jason, and they have a daughter, Ashlynn. Outside the office, Carli leads a very active and health-focused lifestyle. She frequently challenges herself with hiking, Spartan races, and CrossFit. She is passionate about helping patients maintain their oral health and enjoys contributing to an environment where teamwork and excellent care come first.
Christelle
Registered Dental Hygienist
Christelle joined the practice on August 1, 2019, bringing a strong foundation in patient care and advanced hygiene techniques. She is a 2013 Dental Hygiene graduate of Collin College and has worked alongside Dr. Marco Cueva since 2019, specializing in the care of All-on-X implant patients. After introducing Guided Biofilm Therapy to Texas Implant & Dental Specialists, Christelle became the first Swiss Dental Academy Trainer in Texas. Since 2023, she has been educating dental offices across the country on the advanced technology behind Guided Biofilm Therapy. She is also an active member of her local TDHA component, serving as a delegate and mentor committee chair. Passionate about continued growth and education, Christelle creates engaging social media content to inspire and inform both dental professionals and patients. While she finds great joy in her career, nothing means more to her than her family - her husband, Jared, and her sons, Rylan and Weston.
Andrea
Registered Dental Assistant
Andrea joined the practice in January 2025 as a Registered Dental Assistant. She graduated from Texas Woman's University with a bachelor's degree in Health Science in December 2023 and also holds a Phlebotomy Certification. Andrea enjoys the strong sense of community within the practice. She appreciates how the team supports one another and how the collaborative atmosphere makes the workplace feel like a family. She contributes to the practice's success by being fabulous and efficient. Andrea has a lovely family who has taught her patience, kindness, and how to politely ignore nonsense. In her free time, she enjoys eating delicious food and shopping for things she may not need but definitely deserves.
Cynthia
Registered Dental Assistant
Cynthia joined the practice in November 2024. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, she is a bilingual dental professional with more than 10 years of experience. After graduating from McKinney High School, she completed the dental assisting program at Collin College. She also holds a Phlebotomy Certification and is currently working toward her IV Certification to further her skills. Helping patients regain confidence through their smiles is the passion and heart of her career. Her favorite part of being with the practice is creating a trusting, comfortable environment for patients and helping them feel good about their smile. Cynthia contributes to the success of the team by showing up each day with empathy, experience, and a genuine desire to make every patient visit a positive one. She has been married to her husband, Josh, for over 10 years, and together they have three beautiful children: Keegan, Kajsa, and Apollo. In her free time, Cynthia enjoys traveling to different countries and exploring new places.
Fannie
Registered Dental Assistant
Fannie joined the practice on November 10, 2025. She has been an RDA since 2011 and brings 10 years of oral surgery assisting experience to the team. Fannie is nitrous certified and values continuing to build her clinical skills while expanding her understanding of advanced periodontal procedures. She supports the doctors during procedures, helps strengthen workflow and focuses on creating a smooth, positive experience for patients and the clinical team. Outside of the office, Fannie enjoys spending time with her husband and their teenage son, especially while watching baseball.
